Additional Things You Can Do To Support Vision Recovery
Without additional details on your vision challenge, I can only give a general list of behaviors that will help anyone to recover.
For some reason, your body has been unable to create perfect new cells. Digestion is the place to look first, some symptoms of poor digestion can be; gas, indigestion, reflux, bruising, allergies, runny nose, mucus.
Some things that can make it harder to digest successfully can include; pharmaceuticals, choosing a largely animal diet, poor physical movement habits.

Change to distilled water
See if you feel better on a 100% plant-based whole food diet with 0% free oils. Three or four weeks may be enough for you to discover how much better you feel and begin to arm your body with the nutrients to heal your vision symptoms.
If you are facing macular degeneration or cataracts you will most likely see improvements within the year.
